For the Legal Italy team at Headquarters, we are looking for a:

LEGAL SPECIALIST

What you will be responsible for: Management, for all group companies, of customer and supplier contracts and issues related to corporate regulations. Litigation management and legal advice to internal functions and business managers.

Main activities:

·         Drafting and negotiating contracts with client and supplier companies, in Italian and English;

·         Management of disputes with clients and suppliers;

·         Managing relationships with external legal advisors for the most complex situations;

·         Providing daily legal advice and support to corporate departments (purchasing office, privacy office, general services, marketing, commercial, administrative)

·         Implementing new company regulations;

·         Performing legal research;

·         Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of commercial contracts, both national and international;

·         Providing legal advice to different company departments and, more generally, offering support and assistance for business development projects;

·         Managing, in coordination with external lawyers and company consultants, the Group's litigation (both judicial and extrajudicial), contributing to the preparation of settlements and any other legal acts or documents.

You are the ideal candidate if you have a degree in Law and at least three years of experience in multinational companies or law firms. If you are goal-oriented, possess excellent organizational and planning skills, and are precise, flexible, and proactive.

If you have an excellent command of English, especially Legal English, and are interested in the technological and digital field, you will truly be the perfect candidate!

Passing the Bar exam will be considered a plus!
